Originally a national-level sportsman and performance coach, he has spent decades applying elite performance principles to real-world leadership under pressure.
Now completing his ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Andy works across sectors. He doesn’t bring a rigid framework – just lived experience of high-stakes leadership, and the discipline to use it in service of you.

A structured, confidential coaching programme for an individual leader – whether a CEO, director, senior manager or high-potential leader preparing for the next level of responsibility. Grounded in ILM7 methodology, drawing on evidence-based approaches and shaped entirely around you: your goals, your context, your challenges.

What it involves
- Chemistry meeting to establish fit, agree goals and set the ethics and boundaries of the coaching relationship before any commitment is made
- Psychometric profiling at the start of the programme – deepening self-awareness and giving the coaching a precise, evidence-based starting point
- 6 to 12 structured sessions, monthly or fortnightly, 2 to 3 hours – in person, remote or a combination
- Between-session reflection tools, goal-setting prompts and accountability check-ins to embed learning in daily practice
- Mid-programme and end-of-programme review – progress measured against the goals set at the outset
- Strictly confidential – no reporting to any commissioning organisation without the explicit written agreement of the coachee

Leadership Transition Coaching

What to expect
The first 90 to 180 days in a new role are among the highest-risk periods in any leader’s career. The skills that secured the promotion are not always the skills that will make you effective in it. Andy has navigated multiple leadership transitions himself – taking over failing organisations, building new ones from scratch, moving from practitioner to chief executive. Pricing Rationale
Why two rates — and why they differ from education sector fees
Corporate rate - £750 per session
Each coaching session runs for 2 to 3 hours. The rate reflects the depth of work involved — not a clock-watching 60-minute call, but sustained, focused time with a coach who has 30 years of senior leadership experience and is completing the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

Why these differ from education sector fees
Education sector services — school performance reviews, improvement planning, inclusion audits — are priced differently because they involve a substantially different model of work: pre-visit data analysis, a full day on-site and a written report delivered within five working days. These are day-based consultancy commissions, not coaching sessions. The two are not comparable.
